Reception – opening hours

The Reception is open every day at the following times:
In the morning between 09.00 am and 12.00 am
In the afternoon between 15.00 pm and 18.00 pm

Useful information

We do not accept pets.
Inside the Residence and in all internal areas, including the apartments, SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN.
On departure day, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy: crockery has to be washed, the cooking area has to be tidy, and waste disposed in the dedicated ecological area located at the entrance of the Residence. 

Standard booking

The STANDARD booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge at the following conditions:
Until 5 days before arrival date: FREE
Between 5 and 0 days before arrival date: 100% of the price
In case of early departure, the structure will charge 100% of the remaining price of the stay.

The credit card is required solely to guarantee the reservation and will not be charged in advance as a deposit.
The Relais reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided prior to arrival and, if necessary, to request a pre-authorization from the card-issuing network.
The total amount of the reservation will be automatically charged to the credit card provided from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the day of arrival.

Prepaid booking

PREPAID booking by credit card:
When you book, the Relais will charge the entire amount of money on the credit card you gave as guarantee.
Prepaid booking by bank transfer: in order to confirm your booking, the Relais has to receive the bank transfer for the entire price of the holiday within 5 days from confirmation.
In both cases, if you cancel your booking or in case of no-show, the money will be withheld as penalty.
